A book titled “The Vision of Bernard Malamud towards Jewish Identity and Suffering in the Context of his Novels”authored by Dr Arun Dev Singh, Associate Professor in English was released on 24-09-2025 by Prof ( Dr) Aunpama Gupta,esteemed Principal of the college in presence special guest Sh Anu Pawan Singh, Dr Balbinder Singh, Prof Anoop Sharma,Dr Munisha Devi, Dr Shallu Rani, Prof Manu Saini, Dr Reemi Verma,Dr Sneh , Dr Priti Khajuria, Prof Charan Singh,Dr Sonia Saini and others.

On this occasion, she congratulated to Dr Arun Dev Singh who authored a book on American Fiction and she added that this book shall be beneficial for research scholars who would pursue their research on American Literature in the entire world.

 Dr Arun Dev Singh is authored of this book told our correspondent that this book will fulfill the requirements of the research scholars who are pursuing their research on American fiction particularly on the works of Bernard Malamud’s and contemporaries who worked hard for the cause of Jewish people, who were assimilating their culture into the culture of Americans and also talked about the shifting values, where harshness,brutality,humiliation,weakness and nakedness and comprise the social milieu, the Jewish individual determines his own fate through a series of existential choices and their common problems during the era of holocaust.
